Youth Work
We prioritise making sure our young people feel fully part of who we are and what we do as Church.
We have two separate groups for our youth:
WayMakers is our group for 11-16 year olds
PathFinders is for our 5-10 year olds.
We chose these names because they fit closely into who we are as the Mission Church.
We want our young people to grow up not just knowing about Jesus but seeing he is the Way and His Word is the light for their Path on their journey through life.
We are really excited to see many of our young people stepping up to learn instruments and being part of the worship group.
During the year, we also host and organise seasonal events that their friends can be invited along to such as our alternative to Halloween party, movie nights, days out and our annual nativity
If you're wondering about under 5's then we don't at present have a specific group for these little ones making their first steps on the way.
However, we do have a creche room at the back of the church. From the creche, you can see and hear the service, but not be heard by others while your little one has fun playing.
